Return Policy
We happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and stain/odor-free merchandise within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns can be processed for either store credit or a partial refund. All returnable items must be sent back in their original condition with all packaging, tags, stickers, or hygiene liners attached. For sanitary purposes, please try on bottoms over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items showing any signs of wear.

Starting a Return
To begin a return, email us at hello@spaceisland.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and your preference for store credit or a partial refund. Once approved, please ship the item(s) back within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label.
Store Credit
For returns processed for store credit, a Space Island gift card will be issued once your return is approved. The gift card will be sent to the email used for the original purchase. Store credit never expires and must be used in one purchase. Any remaining value will be lost. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the order, including all tax and shipping fees.
Refunds
For returns processed and approved for a partial refund, the total cost of the items will be refunded minus a $10 return shipping fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account due to varying processing times by financial institutions.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, so if you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for store credit or place a new order. You can return the original item within the 14-day window for a refund. If your return request is time-sensitive, we recommend placing a new order right away to secure your preferred size.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the item(s), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it for a full refund. However, once the order is in transit, changes cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, product availability, or suspicion of fraud. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
