Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Space Island takes pride in providing accurate products and services in good faith. Customers are expected to resolve any order issues directly with Space Island before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. If a chargeback or payment dispute is submitted, Space Island reserves the right to provide the payment processor or bank with full documentation of the order, including correspondence, measurements, approvals, and our policies, to demonstrate that the product or service was delivered as agreed. Initiating a chargeback on a product or service that was provided according to the customer’s specifications may result in the loss of store credit, refusal of future service, and other remedies allowed by law.
