Shipping & Delivery

We take great pride in everything from designing to packaging our products, so we sincerely appreciate your patience. Our products are made in very small batches, and we operate on the ethos of slow fashion, cherishing quality, authenticity, and mindful consumption. With just myself managing every aspect, from design to delivery, your understanding and support hold immense value!

As experts in festival fashion, we know your purchase is important for your special event. Please include your event date at checkout to help us prioritize your shipment and meet your needs during busy festival seasons.

Order Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 2-5 business days.

  • Pre-Order: By choosing to pre-order, you will secure your size as we replenish our stock of that item. Items are usually restocked within 1-2 weeks.
  • Made-To-Order Items: Handmade items begin creation after the order is placed. Please allow up to 4 weeks for custom creations. We appreciate your patience and planning ahead to avoid rushing your artwork. Expedited options may be available for an additional fee if needed.

During high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday), please allow an additional 2-3 days for order processing. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. In-stock items purchased with made-to-order creations will ship together when the made-to-order item is ready.

Delivery Time

Transit times are in addition to the processing times above. All orders are shipped with USPS from our California location. Transit times and costs vary based on USPS terms & conditions, product weight, and buyer location.

  • USPS Ground Advantage: Expected delivery in 3-6 business days.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Expected delivery in 2-3 business days.

  • USPS Express Mail: Expected delivery in 1-2 business days.

International Delivery Time

  • DHL Express Worldwide International: Expected delivery in 2-5 business days.

International Terms and Conditions

International orders may be subject to taxes or extra fees by customs, which are not covered by Space Island. International customers are responsible for these costs. By purchasing, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you decline to pay customs or duties fees and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping of $50, which will be deducted from the order total, and the rest will be issued as store credit. No refunds will be issued.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided with every purchase and sent via email and/or text message once the item ships.

Shipping Policy

Space Island is not responsible for delays incurred by the carrier during transit, including but not limited to holidays, weather, international sorting centers, customs, or incorrect and insufficient addresses. If an item is marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address or if the carrier cannot leave the package with the receiver and it is returned to us, you will incur a reshipment fee.
