How It Works:

1. Submit Your Request: Send us an email at hello@spaceisland.com with your custom design idea. Please choose from the faux fur materials available on our site for your custom order. Include details such as color preferences, design elements, and any modifications you'd like.
2. Size or Measurements: To ensure a perfect fit, please specify your size or provide your measurements in your email. This will help us tailor your custom piece to your exact specifications.
3. Lining Options: We offer various luxurious linings. In addition to our standard glitter Lycra, you can choose from cotton, satin, or fleece linings. Let us know your preference to add a personal touch.
4. Additional Custom Fees: Please note that custom requests are subject to additional fees based on the materials and design choices. We’ll provide a detailed quote, including any additional costs, after reviewing your design.
5. Review and Consultation: After receiving your email, we’ll review the details and reach out to discuss your design. We want to ensure everything aligns with your vision and offer recommendations for achieving the perfect final piece.
6. Production Time: Custom pieces are made-to-order with careful attention to detail. Please allow 3-4 weeks for production after finalizing your design to ensure the highest quality.
7. Shipping & Delivery: Once your custom piece is complete, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to your address. Standard shipping times will apply.

Please note that our faux fur materials are made from synthetic fibers such as acrylic, polyester, and modacrylic, and many are crafted from recycled materials to promote sustainability. Faux fur is designed to mimic the appearance of real animal fur without using any animal products. However, these materials contain polyester, which can sometimes cause skin allergies. We recommend reviewing the material details carefully and considering any personal sensitivities before placing your order.
