How to Measure
To ensure the perfect fit, please measure yourself as follows:

Shoulder (coat): Measure straight across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.

Bust (coat): Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape comfortably snug.

Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, usually just above your belly button.

Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Sleeve (coat): Measure from the top of your shoulder seam down to the wrist.

Inseam (pants): Measure from the crotch seam down to the hem of the pants.
All measurements are in inches. When reading the description of a product, look for terms like "fitted," "true to size," or "oversized fit" to better understand how the item fits. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. However, during peak periods or promotions with high order volumes (e.g., Black Friday), please allow additional time for processing. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received, so if you have a specific event date, be sure to include it at checkout so we can prioritize your order accordingly.
Delivery Times
Please note that the following delivery times are in addition to our processing time:

International Terms and Conditions
International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or fees by customs, which are not covered by Space Island. Customers are responsible for paying these charges. By placing an international order, you agree to our terms and conditions. If customs fees are not paid and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, including return shipping ($50), which will be deducted from your total order amount. The remainder will be issued as store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in such cases.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be provided for every order and sent to you via email and/or text once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website for real-time updates.
Shipping Delays & Responsibility
While we strive for timely delivery, Space Island is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to issues with weather, holidays, international customs processing, or incorrect or insufficient addresses. If an item is marked undeliverable due to an incorrect address, or if the carrier cannot deliver the package and it is returned to us, a reshipment fee will apply.

Return Policy
We happily accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and stain/odor-free merchandise within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns can be processed for either store credit or a partial refund. All returnable items must be sent back in their original condition with all packaging, tags, stickers, or hygiene liners attached. For sanitary purposes, please try on bottoms over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns for items showing any signs of wear.

Starting a Return
To begin a return, email us at hello@spaceisland.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and your preference for store credit or a partial refund. Once approved, please ship the item(s) back within 5 business days of receiving your prepaid return label.
Store Credit
For returns processed for store credit, a Space Island gift card will be issued once your return is approved. The gift card will be sent to the email used for the original purchase. Store credit never expires and must be used in one purchase. Any remaining value will be lost. Store credit will be issued for the full amount of the order, including all tax and shipping fees. If you paid using Klarna, your return will be refunded to your original payment method instead of store credit, in accordance with Klarna’s refund policies.
Refunds
For returns processed and approved for a partial refund, the total cost of the items will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee. This fee helps cover the cost of return shipping labels, receiving and inspecting returned items, ensuring they’re free of wear or damage, and carefully preparing them to be added back to our website.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution’s processing time.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges, so if you need a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for store credit or place a new order. You can return the original item within the 14-day window for a refund. If your return request is time-sensitive, we recommend placing a new order right away to secure your preferred size.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Include your name, order number, and clear photos of the item(s), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Need to cancel or change your order? Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped, we may be able to cancel it for a full refund. However, once the order is in transit, changes cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, product availability, or suspicion of fraud. This policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
