Return Policy
Returns
At Space Island, our primary goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and stain/odor-free merchandise within 14 calendar days of delivery for store credit only. Please ensure items are returned with original packaging, tags, and hygiene liners still attached. For sanitary purposes, we ask that you try on swimwear over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse garments that show any signs of wear.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we will issue a store credit code for the item cost. You can then place a new order with this store credit. Please note that store credit is a one-time discount code, and the entire amount must be used in one purchase. Any unused amount will be lost.
Ineligible Items for Store Credit
The following items are not eligible for store credit:

Custom orders
Due to the nature of our small, independent business and our confidence in the quality of our products, all sales are non-refundable.
Starting a Return
If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at hello@spaceisland.com. Once your return is approved, please ship the item(s) back within 3 business days of receiving your emailed return label. Free return postage is not guaranteed for all orders, and you may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns. Any unapproved and/or late returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee for the entire order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item(s), and we will assist you accordingly.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to cancel or change your order, please reach out to us immediately. We may be able to cancel your order for a full refund before it ships. However, we cannot guarantee that your order can be stopped, canceled, or changed after dispatch. Please double-check your order information before proceeding to checkout.
Additional Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in the product description or price, errors in your order, or suspicion of fraud or unauthorized transactions.
We also reserve the right to change or update this policy at any time without prior notice.
