At Space Island, our primary goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. As we prepare to close, we are updating our return policy to reflect this transition while maintaining our commitment to quality service.
Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and stain/odor-free merchandise within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund only. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging, tags, and hygiene liners still attached. For sanitary purposes, please try on swimwear over underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns for garments showing any signs of wear.

Starting a Return
To begin a return, simply email us at hello@spaceisland.com. Once approved, please ship the item(s) back within 3 business days of receiving your return label. A $10 flat rate return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, and any unapproved or late returns will incur a 20% restocking fee for the entire order.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery. Please include your name, order number, and photos of the item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact us immediately. We may cancel your order for a full refund before it ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to errors, product availability, or suspicion of fraud, and this policy may be updated at any time without prior notice.
